| Sri Swamy Vivekananda Adhyayana Kendra
: |
Inagurated on
11th september 2001, this study center is one of the
unique features of this institution. Perhaps the first
of this kind in any of the 120 odd Engineering colleges
in the state., It aims to guide the youth to better
moral, ethical, human and social values in life, as
propageated by Sri Swamy Vivekananda. It also helps
the youth in building better concentration, determniation,
self confidence, academic intrests and nationalism through
youth campus, lectures and the other programmes. |

and Institution of Engineers(INDIA) : |
| The
college is an institutional memebr of the above
two organisations. Seminors, workshops and other
such activities are conducted by the organisations.
Almost all the members are the members of the above
two organisations. Students chapter of ISTE was
started in the year 2000-2001. |

Enterprenuer's Park : |
| UBDT-STEP,
was established by Dept. of Industries & Commerce,
Govt. of karnatka, at UBDT College of Engineering.
The center was setup with the main objective of
promoting enterprenuership amongs of the youth,
by tapping the resources available and to generate
employment. |

college has an students Alumini Association. Every year
the students after their graduation enroll themselves
as memebers. The present strength of Aluminis is about
3000. An auditorium complex is under construction which
